Pay one order two times, how to get back my another $5?

I placed an order. But carelessly I payed it two times. In my “My Shopping”, there is only one order, not two same order and the order money not total “$10”, only $5. I don’t know why. So I contacted Customer Support several days ago, but nobody replied me. I payed the same order two times indeed, two Paypal Trans NO. existing. How can I do? Who can tell me?

Unfornuately the whole order ($10) would have to be cancelled, unless customer support can do something different.

Reply to @madmoo: That last line was a great suggestion. 🙂 A buyer ordered 2 gigs from me yesterday as well, but he hasn’t responded yet so I don’t know if it was an accident or not. Its currently marked “incomplete” along with 10 other orders. Ugh, I hate that.
