Pay Pal question/help

Hey guys… I am new to Pay pal and I have a question. I did some work an SEO company and once finished, I sent them an invoice for $8.00 when I saw the approved payment in my pay pal account, it was only for $7.39. Where did the rest of the money go? Is this the fee that pay pal takes or something like that?
