The PayPal balance is always used as the primary funding source. Maybe you have the PayPal balance in different currency and that’s why it is happening. This is a PayPal’s thing. You have to contact them to solve this thing.
Disable the Pay After Delivery feature from your account is:
- Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
- Under ‘Payment settings’, beside ‘Payment preferences’, click Edit .
- Under ‘Paying after delivery is my preferred way to pay’, click Turn this option off .
