Paying is such a pain! Wanna stop using it!

It’s my first time using Fiverr, and already became frustrated. Entered a valid credit card to pay the order, failed! Confirmed with card provider, nothing wrong with the card. Tried again, failed! Took forever to get in touch with support, and they couldn’t provide an explanation, just ask me to refresh browser and try again in 24 hrs! Followed the instruction, failed again! Wouldn’t believe such a big platform can’t even handle its payment process properly.
