My girlfriend just had the exact same experience and Fiverr support is nowhere to be found. We have contacted customer support but they don’t seem to be replying at all
It might take them 3-4 days to reply but rest assured they solve this cases. Sometimes this bug happens and they will help you resolve it as soon as they will get to your query
