I made a payment for a gig the first time, it failed with the error “We are having problem processing this order”. I tried the second time, same thing happened. After that, I received a notification from my credit card that payment has been made. Anyone has this issue? I tried contacting Customer Support. Order Gig would not work because they need a Order Number. Bug support not working too, when I tried to sent, it said the bug description is empty when I have already key in the problem.
Me too I have paid for a logo design for 5$ but the buyer ask me upgrade I do not want too, but paid already can I get the payment back from PayPal?
