No. Fiverr has specific payment methods setup for buyers. You cannot circumvent this.

No you can not.
You will need Paypal linked with an international debit or credit card.
Or use a debit card which is enabled for international Transaction
Do keep in mind that not all banks in India offer international transaction on there card…
