Payment not received in the payoneer account

Hi, I am level one seller on fiverr , I transferred the amount to payoneer account but payment not received in the payoneer account even no any pending amount show in the upcoming section. please help me … How we can withdraw money from fiverr … But fiverr status showed …

As if for me it isn’t normal i guess there are plenty of time I have withdraw the money by payoneer but with in 5 min the money was transferred!

I am a seller, I withdrew U$$64, according to Fiverr the withdrawal was successful, but the money never hit Payoneer, and it’s been more than a month. Previous withdraws went through without any problems.
Can you help me? I wrote to customer support but they haven’t address my concern.

I am a seller, I withdrew U$$64, according to Fiverr the withdrawal was successful, but the money never hit Payoneer, and it’s been more than a month. Previous withdraws went through without any problems.

Can you help me? I wrote to customer support but they haven’t address my concern.
