Payment processing failure


I purchased a gig for $200 and fiverr told me that my purchase cannot be processed. The money has been debited from my account with the ID and all. I am frustrated at the moment because this is my first time purchasing a gig on fiverr and this is happening to me. I am really shocked and worried. Will my money be refunded or my order will go through? I have contacted Customer Support system but they have not replied yet. Will they give me a sound reply ? I just don’t know what to do right now.


Fiverr support can take anywhere between a few hours to a couple of days to respond to an enquiry.
