I tried ordering a gig from a seller from the fiverr app. It came as Can’t Process Order so I stopped. When I checked, fiverr had deducted the money from my visa card but no order has been placed. My personal balance on fiverr is also $0.
I contacted the customer service but no reply yet.
Any solution to that.
