Payment to Seller Not Going Through

I posted Gig for work I needed done. I selected a Seller, BUT; I payment process will not process payment? I tried paying five times with no success. The last payment screens state…”In process, we will send you an email when completed.” Of course I never receive an email AND my card is not charged.



Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am new here at fiverr but I already bought a service, I used PayPal and the transaction was successful on the first try, have you tried paying a different seller? just to test it without submitting the transaction, or maybe using a different browser, like changing from Chrome to Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox.
