"Payment" word problem

As a web developer, I developed many types of website like e-commerce, corporate, booking, portfolio.
Sometimes I need PayPal or some other payment information from clients. so when I ask them that message maximum time mark as red color warning and sometimes set as flag message.
what is the best way to ask that info?

If your intentions are exactly as you said, no bad will come of it. I regularly ask people for their email, phone, PayPal, etc. I do web development too, so that info is pretty common for me to request.
