Hi, I have had several buyers message me saying that they could not buy any of my gigs and that whenever they tried they would encounter the “contact your bank” error message while entering card details. They claimed to have tried multiple cards and multiple of my gigs, no luck. Is this a temporary glitch? Can I contact support? (I wasn’t able to find a contact page) Any other tips on how to solve this issue?
Contact support. We can’t provide any insight and there are no hacks to fix something like this.
I’ve had that happen a few times. After a few hours they tried again and it worked. I think it’s a bug that comes and goes. The last time I contacted support and got a message they can’t tell me about the buyer’s personal bank information.
The buyer’s send me screenshots of the message you describe that they are getting.
