Payoneer account with different email


I have a question related to the Payoneer account. I made a Payoneer account about five years ago but have not used since. Recently, I tried to log-in but forget the password, after password retrieval, I got a message that my account is restricted. I send an email to Payoneer to solve my issue but haven’t received any reply from them despite issuing a reference number for complaint.

I want to ask that if I make a new Payoneer account and add it to my existing Fiverr account, both have a different email address, would that be OK or it violates Fiverr’s policies.

Need guidance.
