Payoneer Payment not receiving its been 5 days now

hey

on the 21st i withdrew some amount from my fiverr to payoneer direct bank transfer, its 25th today and i still havent received it in my account, this happened the first time the payoneer twitter hndle said it was approved and sent to the bank , the bank says i have to talk to the payoneer because on their end i havent received the payment … this never happened before … looks like i got scammed? i have made 2 tickets on their official support page but they havent checked or updated my complain there yet 😦
