Hi everyone. I am expecting big help from any expert of fiverr. I need to withdraw cash via Payoneer without using Payoneer Card? How is it possible? Is the Payoneer account balance and Card balance are same or different? Because Payoneer offer mobile cash deduction and using it is always easy and economical. Any suggestions ideas or expertise?
