Payoneer take too much money from my withdraw

I have recently withdraw $90 from my payoneer to my local bank. Payoneer take/cut $15 as fee. Is it right fee or this is due to 1st withdraw?

When I looked at payoneers fees, I saw $1 for withdrawal for me, I recently withdrew some money and it was actually $1. You should call Payoneer customer service and resolve your concerns.

payoneer charge $1 for regular withdrawal it processed in 3-4 days while if you need quick withdrawal then payoneer will charge $3 .quick withdrawal usually processed with in few hours.
