Payoneer vs Paypal fees

Can someone please sum up the fees you pay to transfer from Payoneer to your bank account?

I use paypal to transfer money to my debit card which gets automatically deposited in my bank account. The associated fees are: 2.5% on the exchange rate. Meaning the fee is 2.5% of the transferred amount. There’s also a 2.50 USD fixed fee.
So in total 2.5% on the total amount + 2.50 USD for paypal.

Can anyone give me similar rates for payoneer? And what’^s up with this 50 USD bonus you transfer 100 USD via them?
