Paypal address / withdraw not working

I made a request to deposit my existing balance into paypal for the first time. It asked me for my paypal address … well first asked for a varification code, then sent me an email with instructions to add an address. I then received another email confirming the address was added. But now when i click withdraw … it sends me to the varification code screen again to add a paypal address … this is somewhat evil Fiverr! … i earned that money fair and square!
