Paypal and bank transfer button not seen ! msg like withdraw in progress ? 2nd not seen my return amount from paypal!

hello
i am seriously stuck bec of fiverr payment process.

1st i send money from fiverr to paypal but somehow due to my account was not verify that time so paypal return mount on Fiverr , but almost after one week i cant see my Return amount ???
what am i supposed to do? bec fiverr has no chat services !

2nd i cant see my Paypal and bank transfer button ? how am i supposed to transfer my amount ???

i can transfer my payment ! why i cant see pay pal button as well as bank transfer button ???

this is bulsshit happened and bec of this i need to wait for longer time just for the payment only.

kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. please somebody guide on me
