PayPal Withdrawal Failed, Verified Account

I earned $72 and it’s currently withdrawable. I verified my PayPal account with a credit card yesterday and today when I’m trying withdraw my money it says “Withdrawal Initiated” and after seconds it says “Withdrawal Failed”.

Yep, they said its an issue with my PayPal account. Then I realised receiving money through PayPal is not available in my country :man_facepalming:
