Pending Clearance Dates 24hrs wrong? what the

Hi Fiverrer’s

Can anyone explain to me why clearance dates (in USA) anyway, clear the following day at midnight?
Fiverr cant seem to explain why the phone app sometimes will even show the same fund as cleared
24hrs before that. But it’s not available for withdrawal, WTH never had any escrow that shows a false clearance date.
if it say my funds will be available on my app for x 5th I expect them to be not 1 or 2 days later.
Fiverr makes me scratch my head a lot.
