People Contact me about cooperations

Hello there, there have been people that contact me that want to cooperate with me for a “Long-term business cooperation.” This profile seems like a spam account. Are these spam accounts or what? Can someone explain, thx

Skype_ing/emailing, etcetera is nearly always against the ToS. The forum automatically just tried to censored it.

If they “just read your profile” why would they know you well?

Yeah, no. Just flag it. If you need to respond and say “please don’t contact me again.” Fiverr says spam messages won’t count against your response rate, but it sometimes does.
