People DMing me, but they get banned

Sometime ago, 3 people were “DMing” me, but they got banned.
Like for example, this guy messaged me ‘hello’’ but then got ‘this contractor can no longer be contacted’ stuff. May someone give me an explanation about this please? And thank you.

They are spammers, they are just trying to get you to sign up for another service in order to get a commission for themselves. They get banned fast because other sellers mark them as spam and block them pretty quickly.
