I once placed an order as a buyer, but along the line the order was cancelled. However, since that time (about 4 weeks ago) I have being trying to transfer my money which appears in my ‘Personal balance’ to my account balance, but I do not know how to go about it. I need someone to take me through this please.

Personal balance is funds that are ready to be used to buy gigs, so you don’t have to do anything special to use those funds. The only thing you can’t do is buy something that costs more than the amount shown in personal balance.
