Phone verification error? (Please help!)

I recently decided to try using Fiverr again after temporarily disabling it. However, I can’t get any of my gigs set up again because it’s requiring me to reverify the phone number already connected to my account.

The issue is, that every time I go to click “verify now” instead of letting me enter my phone number, a message immediately pops up saying “Error: You’ve already entered your phone number too many times. Please wait 48 hours to try again.”
I didn’t even get to enter my phone number before it popped up. Now I’ve waited well over a week at this point and I’m still unable to enter my phone number.

Did you capture a screenshot of that error, by chance? It sounds like you’ll need to contact Customer Support with this problem.
