it’s been three days since I got this message , even when I enter my number and I get the code I cannot verify my account because I cannot enter the code I received , it’s like the keyboard is blocked . how can I get rid of this message and activate my account ? .
Looks like you’ll need to wait 48 hours before you can do anything.
If it doesn’t work then, you could try customer services.
I got this message tree days ago , wich means the message should not disappear by now .
Have you tried entering the code using the numbers above the keyboard, not on the keypad?
Failing that, all you can do is contact CS I’m afraid.
