Pissed customer

So i recently tried to order a gig, everytime it said there was a problem. I tried about fours times then gave up. I received a couple of emails saying the transaction had failed due to technical issues. Today i got my bank statement and found out fiverr did in fact take the money from my account each time i tried but kept saying it had failed. I’m pissed indeed. They don’t even have a number or email i can reach for help. This ia not right
