Fragglesrock is the name of the seller, who send an empty completed order and I mistakenly wrote ‘Refund’ in the review page, which made the order to become completed. Till now , he has refused to make the refund , and Fiverr team has refused to make him to make the refund.

Even after the order is completed and rated, as far as I know you can still reverse your acceptance by going to the completed order and using the resolution panel at the top. But if not… like @kjblynx said… Customer Support.
