Please change REJECTED to MODIFY

Nobody wants to feel rejected, so please change that word to MODIFY. In our school system when the teachers provide feedback to students, they are discouraged to use negative words such rejected, failed, and so on. We need to be positive, and rejected is not a positive word. Thank you in advance.

But MODIFY does not have the same meaning as REJECTED. Where do you see the term REJECTED being used? The only thing that I see resembling that is in My Gigs. "Needs Modification & Denied.
