I was asked to verify my ID with any of these; Passport, Drivers license or National ID card. I used the National ID card that was given by my country but yet,it was rejected and my account has been temporarily disabled. Please how would you suggest I rectify this?

If none of these are helpful suggest you contact Customer Support.
