It might have something to do with Google’s algorithm changes. They kinda nerfed the backlinks importance, thus making your gig ineffective for the client. Now it’s more about originality, who wrote it first, the quality of the article, the title and keywords inside the articles, not about backlinks. So you selling that service might not be in compliance with Fiverr’s ToS anymore. (it was a personal opinion, not a response from a Fiverr official)
