I’m a new seller. I did not complete any order. I received an order but had to cancel. So my order completion is 0. Plus that buyer gave me a WhatsApp number, in a need. I know it is out of terms and condition of Fiverr but he gave me without my permission me. Since I have a bad effect on my account so I want to create a new account. The account was not verified.

1. Can I create a new account in my Device after deactivate my recent account?
2. Have any chance to Disable my new account through Fiverr?
3. Or have any solution?

You need to contact fiverr customer support for deactivation and creating a new account.
