Please help, Don't know what to do

Hello my friends …



I am Abhishek … Currently working on fiverr as A7FREELANCER …



On 23rd February, A buyer give an order for designing a website … but the order information was incomplete … I asked many times, But he gave no response … so I done website design according to the limited information - he provided …



On 28th February, I delivered the order …



But today … on March 2nd … He marked that order as complete and made a negative review … I asked him to take back that negative review and refund …



But he is not responding to my messages … So I request a cancellation …



IS THIS OK ??? DO I GET MY 100% POSITIVE RATING BACK ???

SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT IT ??? :-/

CAN IT HAPPEN … that Order get cancel and negative rating would stay as it is …???

No. It does it remove the feedback and now you will not be paid because you canceled the order. Contact customer support to see if they will remove the feedback as the buyer was unresponsive.

Reply to @madmoo: Really? So within the 2-day window it will be removed. Some sellers have complained that the negative remained. It must have auto-completed. Good to know Ang! :slight_smile:
