Please help, Fiverr account restricted


Hi! I’m Ejike from Nigeria and I am a new seller on Fiverr.

I got a notification from Fiverr this morning, asking me to verify my identity. I clicked on the link and I was redirected to a page where I was asked to submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie of myself.

I took a cleared photo of my government-issued national ID card and a photo of myself and submitted it.

I got a notification a few hours later saying my Identity wasn’t able to identify my photo isn’t clear.

I tried performing the same task and after few attempts. I got a notification from Fiverr saying my account has been restricted.

My problem right now is that I wasn’t given any link to submit my ID card and my selfie again.

Please if you’ve been through such a problem, please tell me how do you manage to activate your account again.
