I got a request from a user who ended up trying to scam me into joining their website. I rejected the order and now my account is frozen until I “rate my experience” with the buyer. I cannot find any button, or way to rate the buyer. Now I cannot do ANYTHING.
Some of my buyers cant rate me either. I forgot to mention that in my post too, like I said there is some website glitch whit accounts on which I have tried to get help and answer from the customer support but my efforts didnt work out so far
Contact Customer Support regarding this.
Fiverr never fixes the scam buyer problem. Instead increases it to an even worse situation with the implementation of the ARS.
