Please help! I don't get any notification!


I don’t get any notification when I get a new order, inbox message, order update or anything.

How can I contact Fiverr customer support about this technical problem? Thanks!

KJ, has you! But I’ve been having that same problem from time to time, Make sure to let your buyers know there was a glitch and that’s why you haven’t touched based with them right away. Keep the communication up with your buyers and let them know so when it happens in future gigs they’ll be more understanding.

Customer support will fix the issue though! :slight_smile:
