Please help..! Opening new Account without deleting existing

Hi
I want to open new a account and manage it together with the help of my consultancy firm partner. My existing account’s username is not based on my business name.
I dnt want to delete my existing account but i want to give it to a friend (by changing email, phone bank etc)
I ll never open my existing account but will use new account from previous devices
I fear both of them will get blocked. Please advice on this matter

You clearly know what happens when you have two accounts - both get blocked for TOS violations.
