Please help "Virus scan stopped working we reccomend you dont open or download files"

So I ordered from someone on fiver, and he delivered the files I ordered but on mobile I get the message saying virus scanner stopped working, dont open or download. He resent the files twice and same thing. He told me its just a bug. If I login to the browser version I dont see the same error, its only on mobile. Its .mp4 file if it matters

Dear friend,

If you see it is mp4 and if you can play it on video player on your mobile phone then you need to open the full file as you have opened and nothing to worry about virus if you have a AVG anti-virus it will auto detected your file, if it really have any virus, just forget about bug issue.

There is nothing like open in Brower versions or something like that so if have any issue then you can contact with your client with easy peasy.
