I frequently get the same questions from people that are answered in my gig descriptions and also in some of the pictures that are associated with gigs. Rather than waiting for a response from your seller, see if you can find the answer in their gig description first. It will save us all a lot of time.

Right?! I would never dream of having a snarky response to a redundant question… you know, good customer service and all… but please read the gig description thoroughly =)



I wonder if Fiverr could enable each seller to have a FAQ page. That might be kinda nifty!!
