Would love to see some pop up instructions to buyers on how to fill in buyer requirements and start orders. Tired of seeing incomplete orders because buyer did not fill in buyer requirements.
I am wondering if they bother to read the requirements sometimes, and that would mean they wouldn’t read the popup.
I usually send a note as soon as I see they haven’t filled in the requirements.
I know it can be frustrating. I just had one on Friday who never submitted anything until today.
I had to cancel another one through CS since the client was unresponsive .
I would like to see some kind of automated process for incomplete orders, which will autom. be cancelled if the buyer doesn’t fill in the requirements for xyz days without any affects on our cancellation ratio.
