Positioning for Business Strategy Consulting Gig

How should I position a Gig for helping people improve business strategy, productivity, and processes. This is in a way a consulting Gig. I have gotten one sale so far but I am trying to tweak things to get more throughput. What has been successful for others for this type of Gig. Any help is appreciated.
