Don’t worry, Take 1 good ratings to improve your rating

You need minimum of 4.8 positive rating to get level badge. that’s why it’s red.

I think you have to maintain 4.8+ rating to normal. Wish you all the best
With the latest fiverr update, all the ratings below 4.8 counts as not good. You have to get another 1 or 2 5 star review and make 4.7 into 4.8
