Possible scammer breaking terms of service?

I’ve had a potential buyer reach out with a message about a supposed tech startup. The message was definitely a template (it was literally a png file) and for various reasons I have been suspicious of the conversation from the beginning.

They have been attempting to get me to reach out to them on WhatsApp to discuss their business. If there was anything to give them credibility, I might would consider, but they haven’t even answered me their business name.

As I understand it, requesting communication be done outside of Fiverr is a breach of terms of service. Is this correct?

Off Fiverr contact is against the Terms of Service which you will find at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.

All new sellers should carefully read the Terms of Service as a violation can risk your account.
