fragglesrock give me negative reviews.i complaint to fragglesrock .



he don’t give me any type of data.i told him to give data but they not give and cancel order…so my profile go to low rating…please check my chat with him and give justice to me…i hope fiverr can give me response.

Those are automated feedback’s that Fiverr sends out if you don’t deliver your gig on time. If they never provide the information, you should simply send a mutual cancellation and the order will either automatically cancel, or the buyer will show up again and provide you information. For the bad feedbacks you have got(the automated ones) simply provide the order # to CS and show them that the buyer wasn’t responding and they should remove them for you.
