Prayer For Advice about GIG promotion

On Fiverr Bangladesh Facebook group. I have seen that one of the Level one Seller got the Fiverr Gig promotion option. I am also a level one seller and I do not have this GIG promotion option. When I get the GIG promotion option? Or need any achievement for this? If need any achievement, I want to know because I have to work to achieve this Goal.

Thanks for your quick reply . if possible please advice me below.

  • You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated seller. ( I am level 1 seller)
  • Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. ( My ratting 4.9)
  • Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. ( I have 28 review)
  • You meet additional quality metrics. ( How to achieve this requirment please advice)

The third point. 20 reviews on a single gig, not total.

Hello, I’m on this category too.

Below are my Account requirements and I’m yet to have the promotion badge.
What else do you think is missing from my Account.

  • You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated seller. ( I am a level 1 seller)
  • Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. ( My Public rating is 4.9)
  • Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. ( I have 67 reviews on a single gig and 86 in total)
  • You meet additional quality metrics. ( I don’t know what metrics they’re referring to here)
