Pricing: Commercial Use

🙂 Hi everyone, how are you? This is the same post I uploaded, and I’m looking for someone who has the time to answer my question if you can. No pressure, just something I want clarified so I can have less worries, thanks.

I would like to know if I choose “Commercial Use” in the “Scope and Pricing” section of my gig, does that simply mean the buyer will just use the design they bought from me (in my case logo or business card) for commercial use (which I think it is) and I don’t have to worry about any legal issues? I don’t understand why this option shows up, because I think either way the client will have the right for commercial use, is that correct?, or is there something I’m not getting?
