Problem about publishing my gig

Hey there !
I have prepared a gig but could’t publish because of the English exam step.
I’ve saved all my changes just before the exam step and wanted to take the exam later.
Unfortunately I clicked the take test button by mistake and cliked the back button right after that. Now I can’t take the exam because the system assumes that my exam was failed and recommends me to wait for 92 days 😦 I couldn’t see any support ticket area or a chat bot option so I am writing here for a help. I would be so glad if someone could help me on that.

I am fairly sure the exams don’t help much (from data). Rather focus on quick deliveries.
