Problem loading a new gig

I don’t understand what’s wrong on fiverr, i tried loading a new gig but to no avail. The message was that i needed a picture as a cover page but the picture i used is exact size with correct specification that is 682 by 459 pixel except that the size is not up to 2MG but all the same, the system can’t accept my new gig. Please some one should help me on what to do.
