Problem of adding Facebook account in Fiverr

I can’t link my Facebook account with my Fiverr account. when I try to link then show this message "We couldn’t associate the Facebook account."
Please, Help me!

I think if your fiverr email and your facebook email are different it may be harder to connect? Maybe? If they are the same then I have no idea… I am sorry…

I had the same problem. I tried to associate my Facebook account using a different device. That works for some people, but didn’t work for me. I contacted Support and they were able to help me.
